Q1   How long is the valid service time of the license code?

The valid license code service time for iTools is lifetime. Moreover, once you purchase our software, you will enjoy lifetime upgrade and support freely.

 

Q2  What is our license code policy?

One license only support one computer or one mac. Prices varies according to how much license you buy, we have premium license, platinum license, and bundled package, you can choose the numbers of licenses you need of each kind. Please refer to our official website to buy.

 

Q3  What to do when fail to register iTools

Some customer may encounter Register Failed error message while registering software. Considering the rare situation, please give below suggestions a try:

 

  1. Please copy and paste this code directly instead of entering it manually.
  2. Please make sure the Internet connection is fine while registering.

If problem persists, please kindly send a screenshot about this issue to Support Team for better analysis.

 

Q4  Can I use my previous Windows license code to Mac version?

Yes, you can. license for iTools can apply both Windows and Mac version.

Q5 Why the updated iTools4 prompt to activate with two keys, but I only have one key/or have three keys?

We updated the license code system of the iTools4 with two keys. But the iTools3 for windows only has one key, iTools3 for mac have 3 keys. so, when the old users upgrade their iTools3 to iTools4, they can not activate with only one keys/three keys.

Solutions: submit a request to  Support Team, show your email or order ID or key, we will upgrade your license to two keys. Then you can use our iTools4.

Q6 What can I do if I lost my keys/license code?

Submit a request to  Support Team, show your email or order ID or key, we will find the keys for you.

 

Q7 Why do I only receive 1 pair of keys while I bought premium license for 5 pc/mac?

If customer buy premium license for 5 pc/mac or platinum license for 15/30 pc/mac, we will issue 1 pair of keys(key1 and key2) for customer to license on 5/15/30 different computers maximally. But not 5/15/30 pair of different keys.

 

Q8 How to transfer the license from my old computer to my new computer?

Contact the customer service, provide the order ID or email associated to your order. We will help to deactivate the license on you old computer enable you to use on your new one.

Q9 What to do if can’t activate iTools after formatted my computer?

 Contact the customer service, provide the order ID or email associated to your order.  We will deactivate the license and enable you to use on your formatted computer.
